- Susan Ransome12/11/2025As a party of 3 we took part in the 3.5 hour city and Rocks walking tour. It was wonderful in every way. Steve was a great guide – amusing and extremely knowledgeable. We loved that the tour was quite small only 12 participants which made it very personal. It was so nice to end the tour with a complimentary drink at the James Squire bar and have a chat with Steve. As an aside we were due to partake in the tour the day before but one of our party was unwell. We only contacted Justin about half an hour before and he sorted everything out for us and rescheduled us for the following day. What brilliant customer service! We highly recommend Local Sauce Tours and will certainly try another of their tours when we are next in Sydney. Aaron W25/10/2025I heartily recommend taking this tour when you first get to Sydney. Daniel took us to many key historical places that had such interesting stories. We would’ve never known what these things were if we hadn’t learned about them. He also took us to key places in the city that we could put on a list of places we wanted to go back to later and spend more time. This was very helpful in planning out things we wanted to do for the rest of our trip. Daniel was very entertaining and kept everyone in the group engaged. We enjoyed the small group. Felt like just a few friends walking around town. Daniel was helpful with all sorts of recommendations and we appreciated that even later the next day, I was able to message Local Sauce in the WhatsApp link provided and ask for some information about a pizza shop we passed by on our tour and they were quick to respond with a name and a link.
