Raise a glass to Negroni Month with a limited-edition bar tour through Sydney’s YCK Laneways – the buzzing small bar precinct tucked between York, Clarence and Kent Streets.
Over two consecutive Saturday afternoons and a Tuesday night, join us for a 3-hour guided wander through three of YCK’s best bars, each serving their own unique take on the world’s most iconic cocktail. From the timeless classic negroni to bold modern twists, you’ll sip three Campari-based creations while soaking up the atmosphere of this hidden corner of the city.
Led by passionate guides from award-winning Local Sauce Tours, you’ll also hear fun and surprising stories about the Negroni’s origins, its rise to cult status, and the role Campari has played in shaping cocktail culture. Whether you’re a seasoned negroni lover or just curious to dive into the world of bitters and balance, this tour is the perfect way to spend an afternoon in Sydney.
